I think I really did an intense twitter search this week. I decided to focus on bees or whales for my research paper last week, but this week, I decided to do research on bees. Therefore, I mainly try to find something that relates to bees this week on twitter. I started by following more scientists or organizations that relate to bees. To start, I went to the profile of NHM bees on twitter, and checked the account that this organization follows. I found many organizations and scientists that focus on researching bees by this way. I found a very useful organization called BeesYU on twitter. This organization has many information about bees. For example, they have many beautiful pictures about bees that I can use for my own research paper. They also introduced many different kinds of bees, such as Amegilla, and a brief introduction for each one of them. I can use Google Scholar to search all this information for my own research. Also, I have followed some bees scientists this week, such as research scientist Cory Silas Sheffield who is a bees expert. He always introduces some different bees species, such as Suckleyi's Cuckoo Bumble Bee, which is helpful for me to do detailed and deep research in the future. I found many interesting facts about bees this week, and I am so excited to know more about bees and to learn how to write a formal research paper! I will keep up my work, and I am really happy that I learned how to use twitter as a tool for my own research.

Blog Response:

I made comments for Erica Jang, Michael Meza, Myles Flores this week. I think Erica Jang did a good job on arranging different sections of her log. Her blog has a good appearance that makes me happy to read. She also has some deep reflection on the articles we read last week. I learned a lot from her about how to write a nice reflection.

Michael Meza shared his thoughts about twitter, but it will be better if he can reflect on the texts we read last week.Myles Flores wrote a very detailed reflection that she explains how she decided her research topic. Also, it is nice that she included some impressive quotes from the articles we read. She wrote a good blog and I should do the same thing as her for my later reflections.
